Vero Models operates as a retailer of collectible diecast miniature car models, specialising primarily in 1:18 and 1:12 scale models. All payments made through our website are strictly for the purchase and supply of goods. We do not provide investment, brokerage, or advisory services of any kind.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product listings on our website are accurate and up to date. However:

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in AED and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Key payment terms:

• Full payment is required before shipment, except for pre-order deposits
• Prices may change without prior notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are subject to the following conditions:

• A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order
• Release dates are manufacturer-controlled and subject to change
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs processes

8. Custom-Sourced / Special Request Items

Items sourced specifically at a customer's request are subject to the following:

• Full payment is required upfront before sourcing begins
• Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once sourcing has commenced

9. Used / Pre-Owned Items

Where items are listed as used or pre-owned:

• They may show signs of age or previous use
• They may lack original packaging or accessories
• They are sold as described in the listing
• They are non-refundable except where the item is materially different from what was described

10. Quality Checks Prior to Shipment

We may open product packaging prior to dispatch in order to inspect the item for quality assurance purposes. This is done to verify the condition of the product before it is shipped to you. Opening the packaging for inspection does not render the item defective, used, or damaged.

11. Shipping & Delivery

All matters relating to shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Risk & Ownership

• Ownership of products passes to the customer once full payment has been received
• Risk of loss, breakage, or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds, Return and Preorder Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Exceptional Circumstances

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or courier service interruptions.
