Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to:

• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Selected GCC countries (where available)

Delivery availability, timelines, and charges may vary based on destination.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• UAE deliveries: Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days from order confirmation.
• GCC deliveries: Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier performance.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

3. Courier & Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled and delivered by third-party courier companies appointed by Vero Models. While we make every effort to dispatch orders on time, delivery services are operated by independent third parties.

If your order is not delivered within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation email, please contact us and quote your order reference number.

4. Dispatch & Order Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched:

• You will receive a dispatch or delivery confirmation (where applicable)
• Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

• The delivery address is accurate and complete
• Contact details are correct and reachable

5. Delivery Completion & Transfer of Responsibility

Delivery is deemed complete when the Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by you. At that point:

• Risk of loss, breakage, or damage passes to the customer
• Ownership of the Products passes to the customer once full payment has been received

You (or an authorised recipient) may be asked to sign for acceptance, confirming that:

• The Products are correct
• The Products have been received in apparent good condition

6. Absence at Delivery Address

If you are not present at the delivery address:

• Any adult present at the address will be assumed to be authorised by you to receive the Products
• If no authorised person is available, or delivery conditions are not suitable, the Products will not be left unattended

In such cases, we (or the courier) will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Delivery Location & Access

Couriers will deliver to the front door only. Couriers are not required to:

• Enter premises
• Assemble items
• Deliver to upper floors or specific rooms

Please ensure suitable access is available at the delivery address.

8. Inspection on Delivery

We strongly recommend that customers:

• Inspect the package upon delivery
• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

If visible damage is identified:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the item

This supports faster resolution under our Refunds & Returns Policy.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Customs clearance delays (GCC)
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, we will act in good faith to support resolution but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

10. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address
• Failure to collect or accept delivery
• Repeated delivery attempts without response

We reserve the right to:

• Charge additional delivery or re-shipping fees, or
• Cancel the order in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy
